The patient portal is a HIPAA compliant platform where you can send messages to your provider and access lab results.  Messages will be responded to within 48 business hours.  New complaints must be addressed in scheduled appointments.  If your provider is not available in timely manner, please see your PCP or visit Urgent Care.  Messaging is appropriate for clarification of, or reporting reaction to, a recent treatment plan.  It is also appropriate for addressing non-urgent matters such as scheduling and general questions.  Documents such as medical records or labs may be uploaded here as well for review by your provider.
